Return/Exchange Policy

Change your mind? Need a different size or color? As long as your product was purchased at full price and is unworn, unused, or unwashed and within 30 days of receipt, all you need to do is the following: 

Exchanges:

Bluegrass Retrievers accepts exchanges as long as the product was not on sale at the time of purchase, discontinued, visibly worn or damaged. Promotional items are not eligible for exchange. If the size you ordered does not fit properly or you would prefer a different design, please email us at sales@bluegrassretrievers.com to initiate your exchange. Please allow up to 14 days for processing your exchange once we receive the package and our customer care team will contact you if we have any questions. If the total value of your exchange is less than the value of the returned items, we will refund you the difference according to our return policies. We do charge shipping on shipments for exchanged items.  Product exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.  

Returns:

Bluegrass Retrievers accepts returns for credit or refund (excluding shipping and processing charges) on purchases made directly through our company as long as the returned product is not on sale at the time of purchase, discontinued, visibly worn or damaged. All sales of gift cards and promotional items are final and are not eligible for return. For full refunds, the product must be returned within 30 days of receipt, and we can only issue credit to the original form of payment. Once your return request is received, please allow 7 days for processing and your original payment to receive the funds.

 

*Discounted / Special Offer items cannot be returned unless damaged.

*Returns/Exchanges only accepted if purchased through Bluegrass Retrievers directly.

*Any Caps sent back inside of a plastic bag will not be refunded/exchanged
